Throughout fulfillment, include the order number and the email used at checkout when the message concerns a purchase. For a product question, identify the item and variant. For a delivery issue, include the tracking details. For a problem item, attach clear photos or video when possible.
To explain our practices plainly, payment or refund questions should include the relevant order information but never full card details or passwords. Privacy requests should clearly describe the information or right involved.
When questions arise, replies can take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier disruptions, or when additional verification is required.
