For purchases handled by the merchant, a request may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
To explain our practices plainly, we do not offer returns merely because of a change of mind. A request should include the order number, the email used for the order, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the issue.
Throughout fulfillment, do not send anything back without authorization. We first review the request and may provide return instructions when needed.
When questions arise, after review, an approved resolution may be a replacement or a refund to the original payment route. Timing depends on processing partners, and shipping or handling amounts are addressed according to the approved case.
