For purchases handled by the merchant, shipping is available only to destinations accepted at checkout, and some items or locations may be restricted.
Throughout fulfillment, orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch, but that estimate is not a guarantee.
To explain our practices plainly, any free-shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Customers must provide complete and accurate names, addresses, and contact details; corrections after dispatch may not be possible.
When questions arise, tracking details are sent when available. Carrier delays can occur, and delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged shipments should be reported with the order details. We may review carrier records, delivery scans, photos, or other evidence before offering the remedy available for the circumstances.
